He's my brother. I have a fairly accurate assessment. He's not completely unpredictable even if it's a different world's version of him.

The one I know was eventually imprisoned for life thanks to Law's dedication to my wishes. Doflamingo's list of crimes against the world is extensive and I would like to ensure that he and any similar versions are kept locked up so they can't harm anyone else. Can I count on your kingdom for support if it becomes needed?
